PVAPP 4 VETERANS INC 

My name is Shanika Pollar,

​

I am the CEO/Founder of PAPP 4 Veterans Inc. (Pollar Veteran And Patriots Project 4 Veterans). I am 31 years of age, a mother of 3 school aged boys (Tiysan 8, Javian & Xamian 7), a wife of 8 1/2 years, a Disabled Veteran, Business Owner/Entrepreneur, & Full-Time Graduate Student.

 

My family currently resides in the Panhandle of Florida.

I completed Undergraduate Studies at Ashford University, majoring in Human Resources Management (BA) with 2 minors in Logistics Management and Organizational Management.

​

I served in the US Army from 04-07, and have decided to continue my fight for veterans from the private sector. I spent some time as a Human Resources Coordinator after my time in service, which is where my passion grew into a personal mission to help others just like me.

​

I decided to return back to Ashford for my Graduate studies in 2016. I'm majoring in Organizational Management Specializing in Organizational Leadership.

​

I spend a lot of my time organizing and managing staff. I enjoy exercising, reading, traveling (cruises), food, and my children. I spend a lot of my free time with my kids and being as creative as possible. I look forward to learning a lot of strategies and other important information that will help me successfully develop, manage, and grow personally and professionally.

 

I started this non-profit in 2015 to help homeless veterans and at-risk soldiers/families. I look forward to working with everyone Be Blessed everyone and Aim High.
